Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. This also depends where I am with my boat moored. Usually it takes between 2-5 days.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please contact me if you cannot find your country.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
New for my friends from the USA
I ship with Royal Mail Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) which covers the new US customs charges, along with handling fee ensuring the recipient receives the parcel. For an up to 1 kg parcel the total cost is £51.50. You won't need to pay any additional charges when you receive the parcel.
Returns and exchanges
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You have 14 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to the seller.
Custom made items are not returnable.

I ship any order to the UK for £3.50 with Royal Mail, tracked.
