Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. This also depends where I am with my boat moored. Usually it takes between 4-7 days.

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please contact me if you cannot find your country.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

European Union parcels have custom charges from 20-90% on arrival of the value, I am not responsible for this charges. Please contact me if you like to order from Europe.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You have 14 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to the seller.

Custom made items are not returnable.
